FAQ

Do I need to leave the house during treatment?

For most insect treatments, no, we use targeted application rather than whole-room fogging. For certain treatments (bed bugs in particular) we may recommend a short absence. Your technician will tell you in advance if that applies to your job.

Is treatment safe around children and pets?

We use the least-toxic effective method for the job and follow label instructions on re-entry timing. Ask your technician for the specific guidance for the product used on your property.

How long does treatment take to work?

It depends on the pest. Bait-based treatments for ants and cockroaches typically take one to two weeks to fully resolve as the colony feeds on the bait. Direct treatments like wasp nest removal are effective immediately.

What if the pests come back?

We offer a service warranty on most treatments, ask your technician about the specific terms for your job at time of booking.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes, for time-sensitive situations like active wasp nests or wildlife inside a living space. Call to confirm current availability.

What does a wildlife baby season delay mean?

If we find evidence of dependent young during an inspection, we may need to delay exclusion by a short period so animals are not trapped or separated inhumanely. We will explain the timeline clearly if this applies to your situation.
