We're Hiring

Careers

We’re looking for experienced wildlife technicians to work with us as subcontractors across the Greater Toronto Area. If you know your way around a roofline, a one-way door, and an attic clean-out, we’d like to hear from you.

The current opening is below — how the work is structured, what we look for, and how to get in touch. We’re a small, licensed team, and when we need help, this page is where it shows up first.

Current Opening

Wildlife Technician – Subcontractor

Open Subcontractor Ontario, Canada

We are looking for experienced wildlife technicians to work with us as subcontractors. You handle the fieldwork on homes and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area: humane removals, one-way door exclusions, entry-point sealing and minor repairs. Jobs come in as they are booked, and you take the ones that fit your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Inspect roofs, attics, soffits and foundations to find how wildlife is getting in.
  • Install one-way door systems and confirm animals are fully out before sealing.
  • Seal entry points and complete minor exclusion repairs: vents, flashing, soffits.
  • Work humanely with raccoons, squirrels, skunks, bats and birds, following provincial wildlife rules.
  • Explain to customers, in plain language, what was found and what was done about it.

What we're looking for

  • Wildlife removal & exclusion experience (preferred)
  • A valid driver's licence (required)
  • Comfortable on ladders and roofs, and in attics and crawl spaces
  • Reliable and professional — you show up when you say you will
  • A flexible schedule — work is assigned per job, not as a fixed shift

What we offer

Per-job pay

You are paid for the work you complete, job by job.

Flexible schedule

Take the jobs that fit your week, around your other commitments.

Steady demand

A consistent flow of wildlife calls across the GTA.

Backed by a licensed team

An established, licensed company behind the booking and the customer.
