Structural pest control in Ontario is regulated under the Pesticides Act, administered by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). Anyone applying pesticides for hire is required to hold a valid exterminator licence.

What our licence covers

Our technicians are licensed structural exterminators. We carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage, and we provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any product used on your property on request.

How to verify a licence

You can ask any pest control company operating in Ontario to show their exterminator licence before they begin work, this is a reasonable and normal request. We show ours as a matter of routine.

Why this matters for you

Licensing means the technician has passed a provincial exam on safe, correct pesticide use. It is not a formality, it is the difference between a targeted, legal treatment and someone applying unlabelled product in your home.
